Justice courts have concurrent jurisdiction with circuit courts of all prosecutions arising under any law under the jurisdiction of the State Department of Agriculture. [1959 c.229 § 10]

- Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Oregon Statutes 561.005
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
