The directors or designated representatives of a soil and water conservation district have authority to go upon any lands within the district after notifying the owner or operator for the purpose of making surveys and carrying out the responsibilities with which the directors or representatives are vested by law. The directors or representatives shall take due precaution at all times to prevent injury to growing crops or livestock. [Amended by 2009 c.220 § 32]
