The State Department of Agriculture may by rule or order establish a process providing for the remediation of a violation of ORS § 571.330 or 571.333 that is committed by a grower or handler licensed under ORS § 571.281 and is not committed intentionally. [2018 c.116 § 9; 2021 c.542 § 33]
