(1) A certificate attached to a copy of a document filed by the Secretary of State, bearing the Secretary of State’s signature, which may be in facsimile, is conclusive evidence that the original document or a facsimile thereof, is on file with the office.

  • Signature: means any embodiment of a person's intent to sign a document. See Oregon Statutes 60.001
