(1) A director may resign at any time by delivering written notice to the board of directors, the board’s chairperson or the corporation.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 60.321

(2) A resignation is effective when the notice is effective under ORS § 60.034 unless the notice specifies a later effective date.
