As used in ORS § 604.620 to 604.670, ‘licensed feedlot’ means a beef cattle feedlot, licensed by the State Department of Agriculture, that has more than 500 head of cattle being fed for slaughter at one time during a calendar year. [1975 c.162 § 2]
