Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 607.085

  • Damages: Money paid by defendants to successful plaintiffs in civil cases to compensate the plaintiffs for their injuries.
  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100

(1) The person permits bison to run at large upon the land; or

(2) Bison for which the person is the owner or possessor are running at large or uncontrolled upon the land. [2013 c.312 § 2]
