Justice courts have concurrent jurisdiction with the circuit courts for the enforcing of the provisions of ORS § 616.205 to 616.295, 616.305 to 616.315 and 616.992. [Amended by 1973 c.227 § 15]

- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
