The violation of any provisions of this chapter or of any rule adopted under this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor for a first offense, and a Class A misdemeanor for a second or subsequent offense. [1973 c.227 § 28; 2009 c.11 § 79; 2009 c.175 § 1]
