The Oregon Cooperative Corporation Act may be amended, repealed or modified, but such amendment, repeal or modification shall not affect any vested rights or take away or impair any remedy for any liability which has been previously incurred. [1957 c.716 § 74]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 62.860
- Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
- Cooperative: means a cooperative corporation that is subject to the provisions of this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 62.015
