Violation of any provision of ORS § 625.010 to 625.270 is a Class A violation. Justice courts have concurrent jurisdiction with circuit courts of all criminal offenses provided for in ORS § 625.010 to 625.270. [Amended by 1987 c.472 § 7; 1999 c.1051 § 211]
