The contributions of a member to the limited liability company may consist of cash, property, services rendered, a promissory note or other obligation to contribute cash or property or to perform services. [1993 c.173 § 36]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 63.175
- Member: means a person with both an ownership interest in a limited liability company and all the rights and obligations of a member specified under this chapter. See Oregon Statutes 63.001
- Obligation: An order placed, contract awarded, service received, or similar transaction during a given period that will require payments during the same or a future period.
