(1) If the Secretary of State denies a limited liability company’s application for reinstatement following administrative dissolution, the Secretary of State shall give written notice to the limited liability company that explains the reason or reasons for denial.

(2) The limited liability company may appeal the denial of the reinstatement pursuant to the provisions of ORS Chapter 183. [1993 c.173 § 65]
