The State Department of Agriculture may suspend, revoke or refuse to renew a license, certificate or other authorization issued to a person under this chapter if the person fails to pay a civil penalty under ORS § 634.900 on or before 90 days after the date that the order imposing the civil penalty becomes final by operation of law or on appeal. [2015 c.833 § 10]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 634.375
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- Department: means the State Department of Agriculture. See Oregon Statutes 634.006
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
