The court may award reasonable attorney fees to the prevailing party if:

- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
(1) A claim of misappropriation is made in bad faith;
(2) A motion to terminate an injunction is made or resisted in bad faith; or
(3) Willful or malicious misappropriation is found by the court or jury. [1987 c.537 § 5]
