Within 90 days after receiving a request from a city, county or special district that provides wastewater service, a covered entity shall submit to the city, county or special district business information and documentation that is not confidential and that demonstrates compliance with ORS § 646A.540. The information must be written and organized for ease of comprehension. [2021 c.181 § 2]
