Oregon Statutes 646A.555 – License to engage in business activity not required for individual under 17 years of age
(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section and notwithstanding any other provision of law, the State of Oregon, a political subdivision of the state or an agency of the state or of a political subdivision of the state may not require an individual under 17 years of age who is a resident of this state to obtain a license or permit to engage in a business activity in which the individual operates as a sole proprietor under the individual’s own name.
