Oregon Statutes 652.400 – Deposit of moneys in Wage Collection Account; payment to persons entitled thereto
Subject to ORS § 652.390, all moneys collected on civil judgments pursuant to ORS § 652.330, or as a result of administrative proceedings pursuant to ORS § 652.332, shall be paid to the Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries and, together with all other sums collected under ORS § 652.310 to 652.414, be deposited in the State Treasury to become part of a special trust account to be known as the Wage Collection Account, which account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. Interest earned by the account shall be credited to the account. All moneys in the Wage Collection Account are appropriated continuously for the purpose of payment to the persons entitled thereto.
