No employer shall require an employee to perform bare-handed or rubber-gloved work on a live electrical line with a voltage of 5,000 volts or greater. [1991 c.549 § 2]
654.165 was added to and made a part of 654.001 to 654.295 by legislative action but was not added to any smaller series therein. See Preface to Oregon Revised Statutes for further explanation.
