ORS § 654.400 does not prevent a person legally regulated in this state under any other licensing provisions, rules or regulations from engaging in the activities permitted under that designation, certification or license provided that the person does not use the titles or initials specified in ORS § 654.400. Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 654.402
- Person: means one or more individuals, legal representatives, partnerships, joint ventures, associations, corporations (whether or not organized for profit), business trusts, any organized group of persons, the state, state agencies, counties, municipal corporations, school districts and other public corporations or subdivisions.
