(1) As used in this chapter, ’employment’ does not include service provided in conjunction with skiing activities or events for a nonprofit employing unit by a person who receives no remuneration other than ski passes for the service provided.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 657.093

  • Nonprofit employing unit: means an organization, or group of organizations, described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code that is exempt from income tax under section 501(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. See Oregon Statutes 657.010
  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
