If the original of any record, file, order, proceeding, decision, award or other document on file with the Employment Department is competent and admissible in evidence, a certified copy thereof furnished by the Director of the Employment Department under the seal of the department shall be received in evidence before the Employment Appeals Board or any deputy or officer thereof and in all courts. - employment: includes service that is:
(a) Subject to the tax imposed by the Federal Unemployment Tax Act; or
(b) Required to be covered under this chapter as a condition for employers to receive a full tax credit against the tax imposed by the Federal Unemployment Tax Act. See Oregon Statutes 657.030
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
