The State of Oregon hereby accepts the provisions of the Act of Congress approved June 6, 1933, entitled ‘An act to provide for the establishment of a national employment system and for cooperation with the states in the promotion of such system, and for other purposes.’
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 657.715
- employment: includes service that is:
(a) Subject to the tax imposed by the Federal Unemployment Tax Act; or
(b) Required to be covered under this chapter as a condition for employers to receive a full tax credit against the tax imposed by the Federal Unemployment Tax Act. See Oregon Statutes 657.030
