Oregon Statutes 658.427 – Duty of commissioner to establish procedures for licensing of property services contractors; rules
(1) The Commissioner of the Bureau of Labor and Industries shall establish, by rule, procedures for the licensing of property services contractors.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 658.427
- Gender identity: means an individual's gender-related identity, appearance, expression or behavior, regardless of whether the identity, appearance, expression or behavior differs from that associated with the gender assigned to the individual at birth. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
- Sexual orientation: means an individual's actual or perceived heterosexuality, homosexuality or bisexuality. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(2) Rules adopted under this section must require that a property services contractor provide the following information to the commissioner:
(a) The total number of employees employed by the property services contractor who perform janitorial services.
(b) The physical address of the work location or locations at which janitorial services are provided by an employee of the property services contractor.
(c) Demographic data that is voluntarily provided by employees relating to race, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, marital status and age. [2017 c.676 § 3; 2021 c.367 § 31]
