Each community college operating a preemployment or trade extension training program in an apprenticeable occupation shall appoint at least one employee member and one training agent member of an appropriate local joint committee to the advisory committee for that training program. - Joint committee: Committees including membership from both houses of teh legislature. Joint committees are usually established with narrow jurisdictions and normally lack authority to report legislation.
