For the purposes of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (P.L. 113-128), an individual enrolled in an alternative education program as provided by ORS § 336.615 to 336.665 may be considered to be an out-of-school youth. [2015 c.239 § 2; 2017 c.17 § 53]
