(1) The members of the OregonServes Commission appointed under ORS § 660.500 (2)(a) shall select a commission member as chairperson and another as vice chairperson, for terms, and with duties and powers necessary for the performance of the functions of those offices, as the commission determines. The chairperson and vice chairperson must be members of the commission appointed under ORS § 660.500 (2)(a).
