All process of any court to which application may be made under this chapter may be served wherever the defendant or other person required to be served resides or may be found. [1971 c.729 § 42]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 663.290
- Defendant: In a civil suit, the person complained against; in a criminal case, the person accused of the crime.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
