In addition to any other remedy available, if the State Landscape Contractors Board believes that a person has engaged in, is engaging in or is about to engage in any act, practice or transaction that violates ORS § 671.510 to 671.760, the board may direct the Attorney General to apply to the court for an injunction to restrain the person from engaging in the act, practice or transaction.
