In addition to any other remedy available, if the State Landscape Contractors Board believes that a person has engaged in, is engaging in or is about to engage in any act, practice or transaction that violates ORS § 671.510 to 671.760, the board may direct the Attorney General to apply to the court for an injunction to restrain the person from engaging in the act, practice or transaction. [2005 c.609 § 5]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 671.557
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
