(1) Violation of ORS § 674.100 (1) is a Class A misdemeanor.

Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 674.990
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.
(2) An officer, director, shareholder or agent of a corporation, or member or agent of a partnership or association, who personally participates in or is an accessory to a violation of ORS § 674.100 (1) by the partnership, association or corporation, is subject to subsection (1) of this section.
