Semen may not be donated for use in artificial insemination by any person who:

- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
(1) Has any disease or defect known by the person to be transmissible by genes; or
