In the manner provided under ORS Chapter 183 for contested cases, the Health Licensing Office may impose a form of discipline listed in ORS § 676.612 against a person practicing music therapy for any of the grounds listed in ORS § 676.612, or for any violation of ORS § 681.700 to 681.730 or the rules adopted pursuant to ORS § 681.700 to 681.730.
