(1) A member of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners is entitled to compensation and expenses as provided in ORS § 292.495. The board may provide by rule for compensation to board members for the performance of official duties at a rate that is greater than the rate provided in ORS § 292.495.

(2) Such per diem and mileage, and other incidental expenses necessarily connected with the board shall be paid out of the account of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners and not otherwise. [Amended by 1967 c.10 § 2; 1969 c.314 § 85; 2009 c.535 § 20]
