A person may not use the title ‘licensed direct entry midwife,’ any abbreviation thereof or the initials ‘L.D.M.’ unless the person possesses an active license issued under ORS § 687.405 to 687.495. [1993 c.362 § 16; 2013 c.314 § 25]
