The Oregon Board of Physical Therapy shall license as a physical therapist or a physical therapist assistant each applicant who proves to the satisfaction of the board fitness for such license as provided in ORS § 688.010 to 688.201. The board shall issue a certificate to each person licensed. The certificate shall be prima facie evidence of the right of the person to whom it is issued to represent that person as a licensed physical therapist or physical therapist assistant, whichever certificate the person holds, subject to the provisions of ORS § 688.010 to 688.201.
