(1) The Respiratory Therapist and Polysomnographic Technologist Licensing Board shall select one of its members as chairperson and another as vice chairperson, for those terms and with duties and powers necessary for the performance of the functions of those offices as the board determines.

- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
(2) A majority of the members of the board constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business.
