The State Board of Pharmacy Account is established in the State Treasury, separate and distinct from the General Fund. All moneys received by the State Board of Pharmacy shall be deposited into the account and are continuously appropriated to the board to carry out the duties, functions and powers of the board. Any interest or other income from moneys in the account shall be credited to the account. [2005 c.726 § 10]
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 689.139
- Pharmacy: means a place that meets the requirements of rules of the board, is licensed and approved by the board where the practice of pharmacy may lawfully occur and includes apothecaries, drug stores, dispensaries, hospital outpatient pharmacies, pharmacy departments and prescription laboratories but does not include a place used by a manufacturer or wholesaler. See Oregon Statutes 689.005
- State Treasury: includes those financial assets the lawful custody of which are vested in the State Treasurer and the office of the State Treasurer relating to the custody of those financial assets. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
