A person who is not licensed under ORS § 691.435 may not practice or attempt to practice as a licensed dietitian using in connection with the name of the person the words or letters ‘L.D.,’ or ‘Licensed Dietitian.’ [1989 c.487 § 2; 2011 c.630 § 5]
