(1) The State Plumbing Board shall select one of its members as chairperson and another as vice chairperson, for terms and with duties and powers necessary for the performance of the functions of such offices as the board determines.
Terms Used In Oregon Statutes 693.125
- Board: means the State Plumbing Board. See Oregon Statutes 693.010
- Plumbing: has the meaning given that term in ORS § 447. See Oregon Statutes 693.010
- Quorum: The number of legislators that must be present to do business.
