Oregon Statutes 696.730 – Jurisdiction of courts for violations; revoking license upon conviction; copy of order to commissioner
Any court of competent jurisdiction, including a justice court, has full power to hear any violation of ORS § 696.010 to 696.495, 696.600 to 696.785, 696.800 to 696.870 and 696.995 by an individual licensed under ORS § 696.022, and, upon finding a violation, the court may, at its discretion and in addition to the other penalties imposed, revoke the license of the individual found to have violated any provision of ORS § 696.010 to 696.495, 696.600 to 696.785, 696.800 to 696.870 and 696.995. The clerk of the court shall forward a copy of any order revoking a real estate license to the Real Estate Commissioner. [Amended by 1987 c.468 § 5; 2001 c.300 § 79; 2007 c.319 § 19]
