The remedies provided by ORS § 72.8010 to 72.8200 are cumulative and shall not be construed as restricting any remedy otherwise available including the remedies provided by ORS Chapter 72. If any provision of ORS § 72.8010 to 72.8200 or application thereof to any person or circumstance is held unconstitutional, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of ORS § 72.8010 to 72.8200 which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of ORS § 72.8010 to 72.8200 are severable.
