Copies of the insurance laws in pamphlet form may be sold by the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services at a reasonable price. The director may distribute free of charge one copy of such pamphlet to each of the following:
(1) Authorized insurers and licensed rating organizations;
(2) Insurance departments of other states; and
(3) Public agencies. However, the director may distribute such quantities to public agencies as the director determines. [1967 c.359 § 64; 2003 c.364 § 65]
