Information that is not material for the purposes of registration under ORS § 732.517 to 732.596 need not be disclosed on the registration statement filed pursuant to ORS § 732.552. Unless the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services by rule or order provides otherwise, sales, purchases, exchanges, loans or extensions of credit, investments or guarantees involving one-half of one percent or less of an insurer’s admitted assets as of the December 31 next preceding the date of the registration statement or amendment shall not be deemed material for purposes of registration under ORS § 732.517 to 732.596.
