(1) Costs to the insured of the arbitration proceeding under ORS § 742.520 (6) shall not exceed $100 and all other costs of arbitration shall be borne by the insurer.

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
