When coverage under a group life insurance policy is replaced by coverage under another group life insurance policy, the insurer offering the policy that is replaced shall continue to provide coverage for each certificate holder under the replaced policy whose premium payments are suspended because the certificate holder is disabled. [1989 c.784 § 9]
