An insurer or insurance producer offering workers’ compensation insurance in Oregon shall not quote projected net insurance premiums based upon figures that are discretionary or terms that are not guaranteed in the workers’ compensation insurance policy. [1999 c.868 § 3; 2003 c.364 § 140]
