The master or person in charge of any vessel may refuse to accept the services of any particular licensee and shall call for another licensee, in which case the vessel and the owners, operators and agents of the vessel are liable only for the services of the licensee employed. - Licensee: means an individual licensed under ORS § 776. See Oregon Statutes 776.015
- Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
