Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may not operate a Class I, Class III or Class IV all-terrain vehicle while the person’s driving privileges are suspended or revoked. A person who violates this section is in violation of ORS § 811.175 or 811.182, as appropriate. [1995 c.775 § 7; 2011 c.360 § 23]
