(1) The Department of Transportation may levy and collect a civil penalty in the amount of $1,000 for each violation against any person who violates ORS § 822.500.

  • Person: includes individuals, corporations, associations, firms, partnerships, limited liability companies and joint stock companies. See Oregon Statutes 174.100
