No person may recover in an action against a railroad or employee who has received the first aid training described in ORS § 824.308 (1) for any damages directly or indirectly resulting from first aid treatment rendered by such employee unless the complaining party establishes that the treatment violates the standards of reasonable care under the circumstances including the existence of emergency conditions in which the treatment was rendered.
